The BUCS Doubles National Championships is widely regarded as a prestigious event within the BUCS tennis community, with a history of attracting elite tennis players over the years. Maisie Wood and Emma Sawkings, along with Emin Torlic and Bradley Buckland, also reached the quarterfinals, highlighting the team's overall strength in the competition. In addition to Stolmar and Mattel's triumph, the club had two more pairs shine at the championships. Both athletes are scholars and have enjoyed remarkable success both before and during their time at the University. The duo's success adds to the legacy of UoN Tennis, as the team has claimed gold in the women's event for the third consecutive year.Ĭurrently leading their league against formidable opponents such as Loughborough and Bath, Rebeka and Marie have established themselves as key players for UoN Tennis. Their exceptional form continued at the Championships, where they didn't drop a set on their way to a resounding victory.
